Most manufactures would try to make an excuse and give you the run around to try and not have to replace it but he just took care of it no hassle at all. When I read the first failure post saying the brackets are involved I was so confused. I installed these on my car a few weeks ago, and the brackets are so beefy and clamp on so tight that the bar has very little movement through the bushing. Took them apart and re greased everything, damn thing is still mega tight with minimal movement!

I had the same exact thing happen to me with my jbr rear bar back in November. Told Jamie about it and I had a new one in the mail in no time. I assume mine was part of the batch with a missing weld as well.
