This is 22psi I was testing out my new map sensor 40-120 3rd-5th. I will be going up to 28+psi

Alright so I went to do another pull and p2187 popped up, didnt think anything of it so I did a pull anyways this pull is meh

22psi 19° timing





So I either have a vacuum leak or a miss fire this could be why it is slower?

What does your log say (AFR, boost, etc)? And a misfire should definitely throw a code.

I have swas disabled, I will do this when I get the damn cel taken care of. And put some air in the tires.

Alright a small update on this I am on 91 right now trying to make a map for when I get stuck somewhere without E. I still have a cel and can't find what it is, I'm thinking It is a vacuum leak because of the boost creep I am getting now..

91oct 9* timing and 23-24psi

I think it's because I'm in the low 300 with this ots map.. Good question though I took Black Metal for a ride, he said it felt weird when it did spin. Like the car was shifting from wheel to wheel to find traction. Which is funny because I'm on eagle gt's on the factory wheel/suspension.

Ah ok that would explain it I figured you were mid 300's the LSD going out can explain increase I'm teaction sometimes.

I had one lock on me and I saw traction in first and second like I've never seen. Definitely makes you consider an upgrade.

unless you're running a PTP RV or supplemental of some kind, e85 eats into injector capacity adn you wouldn't be making over 400whp uncorrected.

working with my 91 tune a little more. here is a VD, and a log. I just need to fix at the top I'm getting some fuel cut. I am commanding a 11.6 and hitting a 10.0, I talked to black metal and suggest somethings so I am going to try that.

Finally an update!! Get that tune dialed in. I was doing some researching and apparently I have a baby h1c not an hx-30 but the specs are near identical. I'm currently saving for my T3 top mount turbo manifold so on e funds are there I'll be doing my own holset thread. Keep up the good work!

Yeah I know, almost all done with this tune. And then dyno tune, with the way the 91 is looking I dont think 450-500hp is out of the question with E and 28+psi.


That turbo will make some tq with amazing spool time, I will be following your thread. Mmmm top mount turbo

No, I will be pushing them for sure when trying for higher hp. I will back down a little for my race map (not much though). I would like to try for some stock block records, if possible

Just to put it in to perspective, 28 psi at the alt im at is like running 27ish psi. I have seen people at lower alt run high boost (30psi but not for long), and with the later spool of this turbo my low end load is a little safer also allowing me to run higher hp/lower tq.
