My car is the reason i haven't had any kit updates in a while lol. I'm so close to wrappin it all up. I have to make some weird oil return fitting though, to keep the return line away from my wg and mani runners.

I'm not sure if something similar will be needed on the SS mani, but if it is, at least i'll have a decent solution. We'll see, and i'll post some pics of what i'm talking about when it's done (hopefully tonight... fingers crossed).

I think it's gonna end up being fully custom... no fitting in the world will work for what i need lol. Made a piece last night, and then quickly realized it wasn't going to work.... so i had to order some mandrel bent 0.75" alum tubing... So........ more fucking waiting on parts.

Quality is great! this thing will scream for sure! Im very pleased!
its going to be kinda a slow build for me, cause im working 6 days a week and have a 6 month baby at the crib that needs my attention, but all's good. ill get it done! this manny will flow awesome easy to see it, inside... I will start my own thread and all that stuff when things get rolling! ill be redoing my IC. piping and down pipe, intake all custom by me. it will be real cool! and ill keep it all posted!

I had the SS mani in the car last night, and it looks like you may need a shorter bolt or stud on the top center hole. The counter bore isn't as deep as i thought... I'll look into it more when i get a chance.

Oil return i'm not 100% sure on quite yet... and it may require a custom oil flange thingy mc-jig like i'm building for my manifold, but if it does, i'd make it. I want this setup to be as "drop-in" as possible.

For the feed, i'm using a -3 AN (-3 recommended for my turbo) that's 18" long. The modified oem feed comes out from behind the alternator, and is pointing toward the driver's side, so my line loops under and around the manifold, and fits right onto the CHRA. It's kinda long, but i don't think there's any harm in that, and it makes things much easier. A right-angle adapter may be needed to keep the line from hitting the hood when the rotating assembly is clocked vertical. That's how i'll be running mine.


Install day on the ms6 is coming very soon... and at that time, we'll be hashing out these final details, and i'll assemble some ms6 kits to get out there.
