I cleaned mine three days ago, and tried to start it up and experienced the same problem. ECU threw a P0193 code (fuel pressure sensor high). I then found the electrical connection was in but not "clicked" in. Tried to start again about 8 more times, then the battery went out. Got a battery charger; started it 5 more times, and it finally got going. I'd say to check to be sure there are no codes, then keep trying to start.

My co-worker thinks the car was hung over from all the denatured alcohol I used to clean the valves.

FWIW every time that i pull my mani i get a bunch of codes for MAP sensor, Throttle body, etc..

Most likely just the cause of leaving the battery connected and pulling all thos sensors. Just clear them, they should all go away if everything is fine.
