No idea, but it sounds electrical to me, the windows anyway. The AC doesn't sound related. Have you checked all your fuses in both panels and checked the relays under the hood?

the AC, i have no idea the windows? haha I just did the same weetawd move push the window button on the drivers armrest, they will magically start working again
