In the link Above is a hood i found. But the price seems to good to be true. Can i please get some advice on the hood on the quality. and if it fits my car.

But if you actually go in to the link, theres a part that says check if compatible to car. and it says it does. I just want to make sure. and see if anyone has bought this hood and could tell me if its a good quality.

The MS3 hood has a bulge (like the one in my pants) whereas the regular 3 does not (much like your pants).

Free shipping makes the price about the same. Big bonus, is that ebay SUCKS for knockoff junk from shitty sellers.

ebay sucks because they may say it "fits mazdaspeed" when in fact it is for a Civic. Please, no ebay.

Use Mazdaspeedforums.org vendors for your car. They are approved to sell here. Ebay just has a lot of ill-fitting knockoff junk.

going to cost you more to get a regular mazdaspeed hood and paint it than it will carbon fiber.

Well the ebay ones you posted were $565 plus $150 shipping.

insurance will cover the damage if you assert the damage was from a moving truck tire. I found that out when I had my claim. If it was just a stationary tire tread, my repair would have been an at-fault collision. From a $100 deductible to a $500 deductible.

Next step is to look for a factory hood on Orlando.

Ive looked everywhere. All the places that have a stock hood are up north and they dont want to ship because damage liability. Im going to see if i can get lucky in the for sale section. See if by any chance someone in Florida had changed their hood to a CF one and is willing to sell me their stock one.

Are you insured for it? You mightneed to go that route.

next weekend in Jax is a big meet, you should come to it. Link is on the streetunit.com home page. Might find someone with a cf hood.

These guys have a Speed3 hood on their lot for $300.
They are in NC and should be pretty easy to setup shipping down to Orlando.
If you're lucky (and if you call ahead to find out) it may be the same colour as your car.. if not then you'll be looking at getting it painted.

LKQ in Indiana also happens to have one for $355.

I NEVER trust any eBay compatibility listings.
It seems like they just copy and past the same compatibility listing from other parts and think it's all the same (lazy).

We can assure you that a Mazdaspeed3 hood will only fit a Mazdaspeed3 and NOTHING ELSE.
