Default Need help establishing a goal

Hoping to get some input from everyone. I'd like to make some moddest upgrades to my MS3 to increase acceleration while keeping the car driveable and "practical". The only mod currently is a K&N Typhoon SRI and even now the tires want to start breaking free in 1st and 2nd gear. At what hp do these cars really start to get hard to hook up? Tires are Bridgestone Potenza RE760's. Thanks in advance.

Not a whole lot of useful information pops up when searching for "what hp do wheels start spinning". I didn't ask for opinions on mods or for the forum to build my car. I can do that myself and I don't mind to search for the information on mods. I just thought that it was a pretty easy question for someone to answer who knows these cars and has done the mods before.

taking some of the lead out of your foot and learning to drive will help...

just read. one thread isn't going to get you the answers you want. just go off and read and keep reading. I was here for a month before I even got my car so I'd know what the hell I was doing.

you can break the tires loose stock if that means anything to you...probably not though.

I'm talking at the top end of the power band, not dumping the clutch. I've got a 500+ hp '69 Mach 1 with over 500 lbs/ft of torque; I know how to pedal.

the car stock can break the tires loose... modding the car is not going to help.. its suspension your looking for.. search suspension and mounts.. then you will start having answer.

HP to keep your wheels from spinning... maybe an N/A or 2 ??
