Sk1nny's 2k13 Plans for MSF

Alrighty guys. So as many of you know, yesterday I was hoping to get an 11sec pass with my sst k04. Long story short, we got rained out. I have a pte5857 here waiting to go in over the winter. After yesterday's disappointing day, I said "screw it, time for some bt 11s." After thinking about it a bit more, I have changed my plans again:

2012 was the year for a stock k04 to run in the 12s

2013 will be the year that myself and a few others will try to bust into the 11s on a STOCK k04!!!

SO!!! I am going to have this SST k04 available soon. Either for sale or straight up trade. I will be wanting to pick up a low miles '12 '13 stock k04 turbo. Also, I really think that the k04's do very well with the stock exhaust mani. So I will be putting my stock one back on. I know for a fact that the k04 can net 11s @ 115+. So RichieRichness, you have some legit competition this next season lol. Black Metal Harvey

Well if you want a legit k04 11 sec slip, that turbo can't be modded. You might as well be using a bnr s3 if you want a modded k04 instead of those trash known as SST's. Otherwise, waste of time. Go BT and don't look back. What's better than 11s? 10s and beating Anthony to it

I know man. That is why I am getting rid of the sst and getting a STOCK k04. That sst is actually quite a capable turbo. I have enjoyed it in my car. 5857 will go in after I get an 11sec pass. Then a built motor down the road

Gotta keep my word with msf about getting us an 11sec stock k04 lol. Just picked one up from bmylez. Thanks buddy. Going to get it, rebuild it and drop it back in. Even though the SST has like 10k miles, I figured I would rebuild it and then sell it as well. Going to get it all dialed in, get some logs with the stock mani, and then some with the rapebuilt mani, keep whatever does better. Harvey, I will get some 1.6X 60's for sure next time, I just picked up some 215 45 17 Blizzaks for the winter and track

Well, I told him it would be wise to rebuild, and he's already planning on it, so no fail to be had. You do realize a guy up in Austin is running my old (rebuilt) BNR stg 3 making 340whp, no problems, right?

Dont forget skinny... 2 gph pre-turbo meth injection and a shitload of E85 with at least a 3" maf if you want to eek everything out of that K04. Bigger MAF with E85 helps the K04 gain a shitload of air up top.

Look at my sig. I have every corner covered. I think I will have a full e85 map for the track too. I was maxxing out the 3" maf with the sst, hopefully I won't be with the stocker, otherwise I guess it's time for a 3.25 lol

You can remove that "Fastest stock turbo Mazdaspeed: 12.301 @ 113.20, stock turbo, stock ex. manifold " from your sig, your turbo isnt stock. Its a stock replacement turbo.

I guess you don't read well, the reason he says "stock turbo, stock ex. Manifold" is because when he did that pass thats what was on his car. It was a while ago. He has since upgraded both those parts.

Dumbass, this was with the stock k04. I have since gotten rid of it and put the sst in it. Now I am going back to a stock and going for 11s. I don't lie

Lighter wheels makes a HUGE difference man. Are you gonna be rockin the FD's? I will have my blizzaks put on fri and i will weigh my wheel setup. I belive my pf01's are 17lbs. I'm weighin 150 soaking wet, better start running. Also, I do have a PNP'd head, which I'm sure does something
