stupid cutting problem I know today I called atleast two of you guys about the Perring ECBS. i was able to get ahold of you guys and greatly appreciate it. I thought my problem was that my ewg was leaking, and it was. Now i get cut and can't boost past 9lbs. The standback is set to 18psi, boost clip is at 9, maf volts are at 4.9, i'm getting 1900 psi of fuel. here is a dashawk data log...i'm going crazy help http://i39.photobucket.com/albums/e1...uy17/graph.jpg |
With the standback boost clip set @ 9psi that is the most you will see on a dashhawk log. You would need to log with the standback software or use a boost gauge to see where your boost is actually at.... The dashhawk reads the boost from the ecu which the standback is clipping that signal (in your case) to 9 psi... Just an fyi, not sure about your cut issue though..... |
i would set the boost clip to 8 psi and see if it cuts then. |
I cant say that I see a cut in that log, but the 9psi is the SB. You might think about getting a boost guage. |
^your funny i'm fully built big turbo and all. and i don't have a boost guage? |
youd cut at 4.9v on the maf. |
Oh yeah I didn't catch that, 4.9v on the MAF is a instant fuel cut. You dont list a boost gauge in your mods and there was some question as to your actual boost since your boost clip is set to 9psi. If you are pegging the MAF I would bet money your boost is alot more than 9psi. If you follow the graph higher very conservativly, I bet you are at or near the 18psi the SB is set to. |
wanna sell me your cams, i 'll trade you a 5'4 blonde 34 26 34, blue eyes, and a asain midget |
