I have an 08 speed 3. Someone wants to trade me an 05 srt4. U guys think it's a bad deal??

Depends on the milage and maintenance on both, I don't know much about the srt4, but if it has substantially less miles and less wear and tear then it would be a possiblity. But at the end of the day it comes down to YOUR opinion and wether or not you like it.

Is there a particular reason your considering this trade?

PS, I wouldn't make this trade if they gave me $5000 and the SRT4 for my MS3. ;P

Dodge vehicles don't hold their value at all. Plus the speeds are much less common

I had an 04 SRT4 that was stage 2 fully bolted. It was faster than the speed, but not nearly as nice. At the end of the day if comes down to what you're looking for in the car.
