Hah. Thats Dee Kariaginnis. Its not quite a speed. It's rear wheel drive and I know the exact build of the motor but I am not sure what I am allowed to say.

he has a button he calls the "oh shit" button...he was one of my biggest sponsors on my turbo3. he built my head. the "oh shit" (as he described it) is used when he looks out the corner of his eye and sees he isnt far enough ahead of the other lane and hits the button to add a measly 5psi of additional boost

yea, i have a few pictures of that car on my cell phone from Englishtown. I went to his site in the pits and hung out with amazement..That car is a beast and a half.
I wonder if he built his engine internals to take the 350whp LOL....maybe this guy can point the big Turbo guy's in the right direction for building a strong engine that will not pop, he must be pushing 500 hp with that thing or much more...crazy

i am pretty sure he is pushing alot more than 500whp.. maybe closser to 600-700hp

The forged block is nothing new. Building the fuel system is easy too, switch out your DISI head.

true....this car is a freak...running 7 seconds is crazy...but he is not alone. The day i saw him run, the 1st trip down the strip was good, but after that his next 2 runs were shit...he was having trouble that day with the car. But seeing 7 -9 second corrollas, hondas and RX7 that dar screaming there heads off was amazingly fast.

yea mine runs 7's all day to i just dont do it lol...there is nothin like seeing cars go that fast in person its crazy tv/internet doesnt do it justice

i've never been to the drag strip, but i've seen another video of a fucking tc doing a 7 second 1/4

even seeing it in person, it's unbelievable.....especially some of the FWD screamers....one slip of the wheel going that fast and bye'bye. There are a few drivers from Cuba that drive these little old Toyota's that are insane.
On another note, i finally hooked up my son for his test ride in my buds Twin-Turbo Ferrari pushing 650whp and Tq last week. Needless to say ,the smile on his face was wider than i have seen it in a long time. The problem is now he wants one, LOL Really, he has a new God, my buddy at the(ownes) Pizza shop next to my store. They only went 155, fast enough. I cannot be a passenger anymore in this car...It is so fast and Tqy that i get motion sickness in no time...If i drive it's ok, but i was sick for 2 days after my last test drive, and that was before the Twin Turbo upgrade. Plus your sitting 2to3 inches off the ground, what a feeling in that car.Red with Gunmetal rims to die for!!

Where is Laloosh, i can hook him up for a ride if he wants....we are not to far for this type of treat!!!

This car has nothing to do with the ms3 like some people claim, correct? I am pretty sure its using an rx7 engine?

This is not an rx-7 motor. Its a speed3 short block with a regular 3 head. Monster turbo. Great build. Better tune. And LOTS of boost.

Yeah, I have seen some sub 5 second runs at Ennis from the Top Fuel cars.. Pretty amazing...

What do you mean it has nothing to do with the MS3. It is an MS3. Obviously highly tricked, rwd, etc. but it is an MS3....

its a mazda at heart thats what matters ... i mean you can make a fiberglass body to look like w.e car you want, what matters is the motor. whats the deal with using a regular 3's head on the speeds short block? does the regular 3 one flow better?

No a regular 3 doesn't have direct injection.

2010 model will have DISI on NA models though, all mazda motors are going to be that in a few years..
