Default 2013 Mazdaspeed 3 groaning noise at a low rpm

My 2913 Mazdaspeed 3 has a ETS top mount, a Cobb SRI a Cobb TIP, high pressure fuel pump internals, a Cobb Downpipe and a tune. I've been having this groaning noise for the past couple of weeks and it doesn't matter what gear I'm in and I'm iddling it will make it at a low rpm. It's not very consistent, it comes and goes about every 3 to 4 times of me getting range from 1300 to 2500 rpms. The noise is coming from the right side of the engine bay it sounds. But I cannot pinpoint the exact location. I've searched everywhere and I cannot find someone with a similar problem. Please help.

Hard to hear in the video. Sounds like a loose heat shield - thin metal vibrating.

Ya it was the heat shield on my exhaust I tightened that down after the video, but did you hear the sound at the very end of the video?

The sound in the end is very close to worn out brake pads sound, but you're obviously stationary. At first I thought it was that whine type sound I hear when I press the brakes at lower rpm to stop(I think its from the trans components winding down). But it's definitely different. Way closer to the worn pad sound. Sorry if this isn't useful. I've owned my MS3 for only few month so I'm still mostly learning.

Ya listen at the very end if the video, turn up your volume all the way up it sounds like a whine or metal on metal. I'll take another video when I get home

It does still make the noise when the clutch is put in. It makes it no matter what gear the car is in, if its in idle, or if the clutch is out or not. Thanks again for your help. If I just let the RPM's drop in neutral the RPM's will stop moving completely until the noise stops, and then continue to drop like normal. The car accelerates just fine as well.
