AFE Pro dry S drop in Hello all, MSP3 noob checking in.. Just purchased a new 2013 black mica w/ tech last week, happy days indeed! Will be doing some light modding, first swapping out the RMM with the E-focus RMM(can't beat $60) and just dropping in a aftermarket air filter...for now.. Does anyone use(d) or recommend the AFE Pro dry S filter? Great forum btw..information overload imminent!:dunce: |
Go with a JBR mount I wouldn't even bother with a drop in filter you wouldn't see any noticeable gains. |
Wasn't expecting any power gains from the AFE filter, just cheaper in the long run. Iv'e done some research on the RMM options, JBR mount looks to be swell and all, but living in Texas, we tend to have the a/c on almost year round. Any additional vibes are not welcome, just want the benefit of smoother shfting and less wheel hop. The E-Focus mount seems to be the closest to OEM "feel" from what I have read. Thanks for the post.. |
You can go cpe. Their products are amazing, you can get the 60 duro or 70 and still have the benefits of an aftermarket rmm and comfortability of almost no vibes with lifetime warranty. |
