Anyone get pulled over doing 4th gear log!!!
 

So, who else got pulled over doing 3rd or 4th gear logs?! Shit i thought the Highway patrol was gonna tow my car. Yeah, doing 106 on a 55 is no joke. Anyway, he ended up letting me go with a warning. Whoooosh!!! Gonna go back to 3rd gear logs. LOL

I got nabbed a couple months ago doing a 4th gear log. But luckily i was done and coasting in 3rd to slow back down. He got me for 60 in a 40.

Shit i know!!! The Highway patrol man was pissed he said that he was going 75 (on I680 which runs parallel to the service road i was on) and i blew his doors off. lol. Made me pop my hood, thank got CS got carb legal numbers!! Thank you Corksport. Not even a tinted window fixing ticket (California residents only) yeah, ill have to take it easy for a while.lol

Well why did he make you pop your hood? He had no probable cause for it. I would of told him to fuck off.

I said, "Sir, Im sorry to violate Ca. Vehicle code 22348, I was just testing to see how fast she can go." The cop's demeanor changed after i just told him truth. He still ran my info in his car, but he said that my record is clean and he would rather give someone else more deserving a ticket. I shook his hand, and went home. yeah, i couldn't believe it either!!!

He asked me if I had anything in done under the hood? I Said yes, i Have an intake. He asked me to pop my hoop, so i did.

I was out doing 4th gear pulls while tuning with Lex and on my 1st pull on the parkway at the top of 4th a trooper passed by going the other way but seemed in a hurry and ignored me. Two pulls later and coming back the other way I passed another trooper, again at the top of 4th, he was talking on the phone and didn't even look my way. I've been very lucky and haven't gotten a ticket yet in the four years I've been hauling ass in this car.

Ive been really lucky too. Some times i think that if i had been driving an evo or similar, i would have been fucked

Got one doing a 4th gear log, 300$ he clocked me going almost 100. Gave me a huge break and did it for 25 over in a 50 I think so I took dd got it cleared.

i top you all, i lined up and raced a 650 mustang twice, and he blew my doors off we did 2 runs and after that i did a pull alone and the WHOLE time there was a state trooper behind us and we blatantly lined up on the bridge two times 40 roll so i know he fucking saw us, i pulled over to right lane in front of mustang and the trooper just drove past us ......

Both of us woulda had car impounded, and a trip to jail

we shut down at like 110mph each time

Lol well I got caught topping my car out.. Was clocked doing 240 km/hr.. 3 month suspension, avoided the impound(normally mandatory when doing 50 over) and jail time so I got lucky.
Get my license back next month!

was doing 145-150 when 9500IX went off... I got a warning for going 76 in a 75 ^_^

Ended up free and clear, ticket dismissed. And Mike has yet to best me, in a straight line that is. Auto cross Mike smokes me but we'll see how I do this year with some real rubber and another year under my belt. @8.5MS3,@802MS3

I live in Alberta in Canada.. I got lucky cause they have some pretty strict laws up here. I just got charged with speeding over 50. So nothing criminal.

Haha I'm in Edmonton. I got pulled over doing 115 km/hr in a 60 zone. Got a mandatory court date, paid some "ticket fighters" 700 bucks. They went to court for me. The fine was originally 8 points $2200 and 3 month suspension. They got it down to 4 points $550 and no suspension. Lol

Ya mine was originally 2300, 8 points and 90 days plus they were trying to get me with dangerous driving (jail time) but I paid ticket fighters 600.. got it down to 6 points, 90 days suspension and 1500 dollar fine. No Criminal charges so I got lucky. this happened outside of Edmonton. I was very lucky the RCMP were nice cause they should have impounded my car.

I read about a guy getting charged 12000 dollars in fines in Edson for doing 260 in a 100 zone in a cobalt ss so I consider myself lucky!

Yea I agree. I got pulled over going south on groat road, two cops shooting laser off the bridge just before the hill, cop was waiting for me around the corner. Thought my car and license was gone on the spot. I won't be doing that again!

I got off a ticket once in some shithole country town- 30mph limit, I was doing 0-60 and 1/4 times at green lights at like 5:00 am. I pointed out that my car was not called the "mazda speed LIMIT"

He thought that was clever enough.

69 in a 35..almost moved onto a 4th gear pull decided not to and coasted around a bend...and there he was....cop smiled when he got out of his car, long story short guilty of reckless by speed (2nd offense)

And you are in VA so I know you got the shaft. I've had 3 RD's in VA. Did time for the 2nd one. This commonwealth blows when it comes to traffic offenses.

I foresee a 3rd offense since they just repaved that road.
