That's the "Thrilling 5" Mazda3 concept. Takes the current Genpu, and applies the KODO language on it. I'm liking how the front clip turned out. I wish they sold those

Its one of those changes that there probably wont be a happy medium, people either like it or hate it.

I don't like the LEDs on that car. And yeah it does look like its going to throw up (maybe it vomits HP?).
