To be honest, I don't think the TIGs help that much. I am running a coolant bypass without the TIGs and I couldn't tell the difference.

My genwon was one of the two @SLOWHATCH; helped clean. I had 105k miles on my car when we did it last week. From what I've observed this week the positives far outweigh the amount of time and frustration to do the valve cleaning. Although I did have 7 awesome NATOR brothers helping out through the day, so that made life easier.

As far as negatives of doing the job really it's just he time and effort it takes. And also Something that happened to my car, and as I was taught by @Rokusek;, is a common issue. The coolant line that runs along the top of the radiator under the frame fell down against the radiator fan, successfully cutting a hole on it... So Zip tie that shit up.

On the positive side I have a smoother idle and crisper throttle response. Also, I used to have some phantom part throttle KR and now it is gone. Whether or not that is related to the valve cleaning I can't say for sure. Haven't had enough time to report on gas mileage.

Now that my valves are clean I've been thinking about Meth. I may need your input soon @SLOWHATCH;

Tapatapped with my fingers.
SLOWHATCH and Rokusek like this.

So if I start using meth, block off my EGR and run an OCC, my valves will eventually clean up? I plan on getting a meth kit in the future, and since I'm at 48k miles I need a cleaning, so would it be worth it to get the kit now?
