Cobb AP sourcing

Hi All,

So it's time for me to man up and get an Accessport, so I can start tuning the car I said I was going to leave stock, because it was "fast enough"!! :pat:

My question is simple.....with so many vendors here, is it better to get it directly from Cobb or through one of our other vendors and which one would you recommend? BTW I check the For Sale section regularly and like some of the wives I read about here............ no ones giving it up, so I'm basically going new!!!

(Before anyone decides to beginning flaming and telling me to search just keep in mind how many posts on this forum reference the AP.......I might as well go one thread at a time from the first section to the last which will be exhaustively long.) Although I did a small one.

and begin.....

Thanks @adlpb! Here's why it's better to purchase through a vendor such as us:

1. We are more competitively priced than the manufacturers.
2. We are solely focused on helping you purchase the correct parts at good prices.
3. Relating to #2, customer service is not only our highest priority, it's really our only priority because we don't make the parts, we just care about the customers which allows us to serve you better overall than a manufacturer can.
4. If you ever have a question that can only be answered by a manufacturer, it's good to go through a retailer still. It's not that the manufacturer doesn't care about an individual customer, but when a retailer is spending $100,000 per year with a manufacturer, who do you think they make sure to take care of first? They give us answers much faster than most individuals.

Please let us know how we can help!!

All,

I just wanted to thank JP for the marvelous service in getting me my AP:fest06:. He went the extra mile and made sure we had the chance to discuss the transaction even when he was on the road and away from the store!!

It arrived much faster than expected and I'm going to get this bad boy installed and running by the weekend!!!!! The posters were bang on about all aspects of the experience and I will definitely be dealing with him in the future.

I'm also proactively calling on MS3 platform vets to help me interpret the info from my logs next week.

Thanks in Advance,
J

Saving money for my AP as well... stock looks like it's only going to last until I head down to Corksport on the 24th. I know myself too well.
