Looks like the bushings are mounted on the arms that attaches to the frame, very unique.

Are the back two bolts c'bored? It looks like the front two aren't.

You mean bored down the center of the aluminum body? Yes, they are.

There will also be available an upgrade for the transmission. The actual TMM is being worked on right now. The first article is being tested.

I assumed so haha. Wasn't sure until I had "duh" moment and remembered the other two holes are thru holes and you tighten a nut on the top.

You send me the FAIR? :naughty: haha

Have fatigue loads and fatigue crack growth analysis been performed on the short edge margin for the mounting holes?

In solidworks. The amount of load that would make this fail is way outside of what the mount should see. The prototype has also been running on the car for a long time and the bushings bolt holes and mount are still in perfect condition. The car is also on the dyno all the time so there has been plenty of load on it.

Send this to me. I'm capable of breaking everything with the way I drive. Okthanxbai.

Now that you've got that figured out maybe you guys could focus on getting an RMM in stock. Ordered mine almost 2 months ago and the date keeps getting pushed back.

Also, that PMM looks like it would vibe like crazy with those small bushings. How are the vibes?

The RMM is having issue with the body being formed. We didn't expect to sell as many as we did so quickly so this has put us behind. Thought about making a RMM that was machined from Aluminum which would be easier but we would still have to test it so this would take a while too. Other than the body, all parts are done and waiting.

The vibes are less than any other engine mount set I've seen. We have had a lot of cars come through here and seen a lot of parts. It is amazing how bad some of them vibrate. This is barely noticeable if you are looking and not really noticeable if you didn't know anything was done. Vertical surface area and the change in leverage makes this happen.
