Exhaust Hanging So being as OCD as I am I have noticed that my exhaust tips are hanging at different angles of each other. I have tried bending the mounting hangars and swapping the hangers on each side but to no avail. What have you all done to make your exhausts even? I have the CS CBE. Should I just purchase a new matching set of the hangers or what? |
just yank on it till it's streight. do you have a lazy eye? that might make them look uneven. |
No lazy eye. One sits perfect the other is too low.. |
Are you sure? Because one looks perfect and the other one looks too high to me. |

not sure what the hanger setup is on the pu's but you could slide a ziptie in the two holes of the hanger to close up the center hole and raise that side if you are looking at the hanger sideways, it will go through the o's and close the [] ---> (o[]o) |

Ordered some of those CS hangers. The issue is still there but not nearly as bad... |
Did those cause more vibrations in the car? Eliminate any exhaust rattling? I have some awful exhaust rattling and I'm just not sure what to do about it. I was thinking new exhaust hangers, but I really have no idea. What are your thoughts? |

mine looks like this as well drives me nuts @CorkSport any suggestions other than buying more parts? |
I asked a buddy of mine and he said to put a standard rubber hanger on the exhaust and then use 2 zip tiess to tighten the grommet... |
