| Not Ranked : 0 score Such as a couple years ago when I worked at a ski resort, driving home in a blizzard of a storm while some guy in a beater POS was so close to the back of my car that I couldn't see his lights...for about 50 miles. I was in a line of traffic that was inching up a hill, so I waited for the person in front of me to brake, and then I jacked on the brakes to wake this asshole up. Well it definitely taught him a lesson - he swerved to avoid me and proceeded to slide off the road into a snowbank.

| Not Ranked : 0 score Crime? What crime? Jackass underestimates available traction and crashes into a snowbank is a crime? Luckily in my state, All rear end collisions are automatically deemed the fault of the person who runs into the back of the car. The only exceptions to this are failure to yield(pulling out in front of someone) or malfunctioning brake lights.

| Not Ranked : 0 score That's what the statute of limitations is there for - it was years ago. Was it smart? Not really. Was it worth it? Hell yes it was.

| Not Ranked : 0 score I don't think you guys know how to properly brake check someone. All you want to do is flash the brake lights. If the car actually dips forward, you're a fucking idiot and you're doing it wrong. To sum up this thread: OP is an idiot for following too close. Miata driver is an idiot for not knowing how to properly brake check and for stopping and getting out of the car like Mr. get bad. 5 foot nothing, a hundred and nothing. What are you gonna do, squirt? In the end, the OP came out looking better than the Miata fag, because all he did was follow close. The Miata fag just made himself look like an even bigger asshole. |
