FWIW, the only immediately visible difference between the cp-e pump and the stock pump (from the outside at least) is a sticker cp-e put on theirs for identification in the event of a warranty claim (I don't know why else it would be on there).

+1 - I have the cp-e pump and if I could do it again I would 100% go either KMD or autotech. Just make sure to follow those directions and you'll be fine. Just be careful and take your time. Take it from someone who was pissed after finding out how easy it was to swap the pump - just go with the internals and save your money.

I know this is a huge thread revival but I ended up going with the autotech's
They are holding up well after 400 or so miles so thanks for all of the imput
