If I were you, I'd call the rental company and ask them to notify you once your rental is no longer covered. Some insurance companies get sneaky when cutting off rentals, and you'll go to turn it in and have an outstanding bill. Seen it happen a lot...

This has happened to me three times in three years.

First time, MS6:
Old geriatric bitch backs into my door and takes off. Have a witness with plate and description. Police refuse to do anything. Take matters into my own hands and use a source to get an address using the plate. Gets repaired on her dime. Stupid bitch.

Second time, MS6 about 4 months ago:
My car is literally parked alone in the middle of a Walmart parking lot. Bitch somehow manages to back into my front bumper. This hooker is honest and stays behind until I come out of the store to give me her insurance info. No hard feelings.

Third time, in my BRAND NEW CX-5, about 6 weeks ago:
Stupid retarded bitch backs into the new car with less than 4K miles, reversing out of her parking spot in a parking garage. Proceeds to drive off. Over $2K in damage. Caught on surveillance camera. Still being investigated by police.

Lesson learned:
Your car can literally be parked ANYWHERE and a fucking stupid woman will find a way to back into it.

Finally got some new news, they've been working on my car but tip toeing around some of the parts bc of the other persons ins. Well my collision place bitched that ins agent out and long story short everything is going to be oem, except the cobb intake which was damaged and horn which is going to be hella horns now. New total is knocking at the door of 6k.
