Like the OP said, if you're already an aggressive person it may increase your aggression, but no you don't magically become an angry/overly aggressive person because your test and other hormones are elevated. A lot of the bullshit the media has spread about steroid use is outlandish bullshit, and typically ignores a huge factor known as context. They're full of shit 99% of the time in other situations, would you honestly be surprised to find out they are this time too? LOL.

Secondly, blood/urine/oral tests can be fooled, and some steroids last longer in the blood than others. Some can be out of your system in as little 24 hours. Ask just about any professional athlete about that. LOL. Also, there are other drugs that can mask usage.

OP - while I'm not exactly against steroid use at all, don't be bias and say that there are no negative side effects from steroid use. And yes, I am aware about how some people do not "abuse" PEDs, while others take 25x the amount of test a natural male is capable of producing. *This is that context word I used, the one the media knows nothing of* However, enlarged organs is one real side effect from PED use. While I'm not sure what amounts could be considered safe (and/or their effectiveness at that restricted intake), side effects do exist.

A lot of people are pretty ignorant on the matter, and I don't mean that negatively. Like cars, if you haven't done your in-depth research on the topic, then don't make assumptions based off of what others have told you. Its like going telling everyone Bren Tuning is the shit because that dumbass kid told you they were.

I was 8 years AF and will say that regulations are regulations. If they gave you a slap on the wrist, others would complain because you got off easy. If you are willing to break the rules concerning steroids, then what else are you going to disregard because you do not agree with the chain of command? It is about integrity and service before self. Life in the service is hard man, so you broke the rules. Youre not the first and certainly not the last, plus you could have done far worse.

I know most recruiters may not touch you, but I've seen funky situations still get to serve. The AAs you were on were not the best combo, but it is what it is. Your body gets beat down, you need a boost sometimes.

I was Navy. Been deployed 3 times. Worked everyday from 0700 to 1900, sometimes well into the night and even the next day. Granted I was on a ship. I worked on the flight deck of an aircraft carrier, in full gear, in 120 degree weather with jets turning and burning, which could increase the temperature to what felt like 200. I stood watch on a .50 cal in the middle of the night in the pitch black with the threat of insurgents sneaking up next to the ship.

I served next to Marines and had no problems trading insults.

Being a marine doesn't make you a badass. Being a never deployed marine makes you no better then the Chair Force.

Also, don't forget your DOD I.D. says "Department of the Navy" on it.

And everybody knows what Marine stands for, My Ass Rides In Navy Equipment.

Actually your biggest block to getting a job is the fact that unemployment is already so high. If we had a surplus of jobs, it would be pretty easy for you to get work (and likely work that wouldn't frown on your usage of controlled substances, like ditch digging).
