Default Getting ready to mod. What site is the best for "one stop shopping" and price?

Get ahold of eric@edgeautosport.com he can/will get you all the stuff you need. Or just go on edgeautosport.com and browse. Even If they don't have it, they can get it at very fair if not the best prices

You need fp internals on that list also. I also recommend edge as though!

I'd add fuel pump internals to the top of that list, they can be bought from edge as well

Replace # 3 with fuel pump internals and a RMM from JBR or Donate and find those parts for sale on the VIP section.

Don't take the "sh**" so personal, they do it to everyone it's their way of dropping the weak and the trolls. Yes you need HPFP internals when you add an AP this needs to go with it most of the time.

This information isn't something that you necessarily need to search for. If you just spend time on the forums reading the daily posts, you'll get all the information you need.

I honestly don't understand how someone can make it 64 posts without knowing about HPFP internals. Did you read nothing and just make random posts that had nothing to do with the threads? HPFP internals has to be mentioned in every single thread on this forum.

First up, if you bothered to look into the posts made on this forum, you would clearly see that if you do a dp, you NEED internals. 95 octane isnt going to do jack fucking shit for you without it. But hey, what the fuck do I know. I just randomly put parts on my car in the hopes it wont pop.

You seem to be a bit misinformed about how octane ratings work. The 95 Oct you claim is really just the RON, here in the US we use the average of RON and MON. Its a different way of measuring but the actual octane of your fuel is pretty much the same as ours.

Your list isn't absurd you just forgot hpfp make sure to put in before dp and add a rmm just so your engine won't fall out from ridiculous launches. Good luck

Donating is the best mod you can make. Not so much on buying the parts in the VIP section but reading the stories of others making stupid mistakes and you being able to learn from them is probably your best option.

Ripper, believe it or not these guys are all trying to help you out. Since getting my new MS3 a couple of months ago I have probably spent 100 hours reading threads in here - and as a result I didn't really have to ask many newbie questions. You figure out real quick who knows their shit in here, and those who don't and spout bullshit get sorted out pretty quick. Opinions vary on certain things like what brand SRI to buy, but on the basic fundamentals that are necessary to keep your car healthy everybody is on the same page.

Me personally, I'm not even considering the 'fun' mods until I have an AP and the fuel pump internals upgraded. Then I'll start putting on the intake and exhaust parts. Here's why everyone is telling you to do it - once you start adding intake and exhaust parts and start eliminating the airflow restrictions the demand for fuel to keep the AFR correct will also increase. The stock pump often cannot support the necessary fuel pressure and you risk running lean and doing serious damage to your engine.

Think of the guys who have been here for a while, they get asked this stuff like everyday, and take the tough love with a grain of salt and don't get offended, since what they are telling you might have saved you from seriously fucking up your new car.

And Jamie BArone's stuff is top notch - I have his RMM, SSP and OCC - these are all safe things to put on before you get to the pump internals, btw.

To OP: edgeautosports fucking ROCKS! As plenty of others have been saying... Internals and a RMM should be considered some of your first mods (first being AP of course). And I personally don't think a FMIC should be on your list quite yet! Most certainly down the road, but maybe some suspension for those curves over there, or shifter items from SURE? Ripper You specifically stated 95 octane, which is the equivalent to our 91. And fucking LOL at


Higher octane number, 98 compared to 95 of the petrol generally sold on the market. The high antiknock performance means that BluSuper burns more effectively, thus offering greater power.

The link you provided doesn't give a MON rating, there for without more info I still doubt that shit is any higher than say 94 octane by US standards. For the record Wiki is correct on this one and even lists your magic blu fuel as having a higher RON than you claimed.
