Has anyone used a JBR filter on their Corksport Stage 2 SRI/TIP? I can't find any info on this but it seems like they would fit since they both are 3 inch flanges. I'd order a CS replacement but I kind of like the construction of the JBR filter better (with the wire reinforcement and all) and I plan on ordering a JBR Wide path at some point anyway. Has anyone done this? |
I have the JBR filter and its top notch! made by K&N. My JBR intake is installed with corksport thermal air box. All filters are practically the same in size. |

To be honest, I think both are great quality! Can't go wrong with neither. Is just a matter of which route you want to go. Remember both companies are entirely dedicated to MS3 platform. Which ever you feel more comfortable! Hope this helps. |
Corksport's filter is also just rebranded item, it's just an AEM dryflow iirc I'm sure the JBR will fit on your CS if it's stated to be the same size (3" right), I don't see any reason why it wouldn't |

That's true you gotta make sure, as far as I'm aware the terms are interchangeable when referring to filters like these Someone with a JBR filter wanna measure it so we're 100% sure to help a brother out! |
I put a new JBR filter on my CS SRI intake a few months ago and same fitment as the CS one that came off. I can post a pic if you want Edit: here is a pic http://i932.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps68f12f3d.jpg |

JBR is awesome! I just ordered the filter like an hour ago and shortly after, my order was completely processed. I already have a tracking number! Lol. Insane that it was totally processed this late on a Friday. |
Jamie is a very committed person. very responsible! His company is awesome. I've spoken with him on phone and he is a humble guy, just wants to serve and give the best sales service which transfers in your personal experience(being processed late Friday)! I ordered from him 2 days ago, 2 throttle body gaskets and coolant bypass mod and a new intake hose because I screwed up mine. |

I don't plan on buying camber arms. I know a lot of members here can attest to JBR products. |

@Tokay444; hates on most all vendors based on no experience personally, just to be an asshole. Except those he has ties to, then he won't be a troll then. Then the blinders come up. True story, people who live in the frozen tundra, tend to be posting about corroded parts a lot here recently. Coilovers especially. Time to move south, especially the old assholes with nothing to do but complain. There are retirement homes in South Florida just for those assholes. |
I think this is simple, no rocket science, if you don't like a product or company, simply don't buy from them! After all the money belongs to the person's pocket willing to spend it, where ever it decides. I like all vendors on this forum because I have had experience with almost all of them. After all they are giving full support to our platform, trying to do there best and that is something I have respect for. If something was to happen with a product, nobody is perfect, anybody can commit mistakes on design or a product but that's what warranty's and support are there for. Think about it, considering how strict this forum is about vendor and their products and service, if a vendor products where s*** they would of been gone by now like sure. |
Jbr Fucked me once. Came out with a new product I wanted when I didn't have any money. What a fucking ass hole. I'LL GET YOU FOR THIS! |
