Help me identify this sludge

I opened my hood to show off my intake job, and I saw all this brown sludge around the coolant tank/oil cap. I just had the oil changed at Mazda, but I can't tell by the smell what it is or where it came from. Did something break or is this just Mazda not cleaning up? See picture for details.http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...351eeb7548.jpg

Your Passenger Motor Mount failed... It's fluid filled.

Fuck. Well, I guess I hit a hit a bump a little too hard. Any suggestions on replacements?

Stock part# B37F-39-060D

You could go aftermarket, but be prepared for an increase in noise and vibes...

I've already done the RMM, so I got used to the NRV. The JBR one looks decent...

Definitely the mount taking a shit in your engine bay sorry man. Jbr one is good, I'd personally go with the damond mounts, their nvh is less, a few people have ditched all 3 jbr for damond and love it. As much as I love jbr in this situation id recommend damond. Also may as well replace pmm and tmm at the same time, that way you don't get extra slop on one side

Cool, thanks for the advice everyone. So before the part arrives, should I worry about driving around other than being a bit more careful. Like, can other things break now that this is broken?

Assuming the rubber itself is intact it's okay to drive on for now. The hydraulic fluid is to help dampen vibrations of a certain frequency whilst letting the mount move (in a controlled manor).

Keep an eye on the rubber make sure it isn't tearing easy driving should be fine don't be booting it or flinging into corners

Same thing happened to me. Not a problem to daily drive on it. Replacement is very easy. I kept mine stock, the replacement seems to be much better than the original. Failure appears to be quite common on Mazdas, from what I've read.
