Yea, I find this forum harder to navigate. I use to be member at MX-3 a mazda forum and this is new. Ive been reading but not much out there when i search for the ssqv3, But its free and I cant lie I miss some kind of noise when driving. Still a little to in debt to start modding for exhaust and other stuff |
Fuck recirc! Sent using my EVO LTE |

If you're going to get a bov you have to get a tune for it. Fuck everyone else that tells you it's rice. Do shit your own way. HSK comes bov purchased. Don't get a recirc tube if you want that sound. |

Haha, I'm married and I have a son on the way in two months. Rice is rice. There are plenty of people running with a bov. Gotta love it or hate it. Just tune for it. |

You guys are funny. Half this forum has been running in full VTA for years with no special tuning. I'm one of them. Very little afterfire and fuel trims sit at 1.5 all day. This usually only works with an HKS valve, though. |
I've run vta and recirced with my hks. I never noticed any significant difference in ltft. Currently running recirced with a nano and inlet. My previous setup was about a year with a front mount and recirced, and a couple months vta before I had to stock out for the state ref. |

this valve is designed to run VTA in my experience my car runs better with this valve VTA than recirc'ed. No special tuning needed. guardian angels won't work with this valve. I've done logs with it and don't see any overly rich condition post-shift with this valve either. I know the common rules for MSF regarding running VTA but this valve doesn't need to play by those rules. The only after fires I ever get are when I shift after very light throttle application. No idea why. WOT has never once caused an after fire. |
when u get the hks bov just sell the bitch and go buy a hybrid |

She's a tad rich, but that's FI. Afterfire isn't totally non-existent. There's still a few pops in between shifts once in awhile, but nothing that is going to destroy my cat. Car pulls like a freight train. And, to satisfy my inner ricer, has a nice blow off with a little whipple sound to it. |
i can wait for the recir. kit. I mean I don't want any damge done. I just bought my car. Not like Im rich an not give a shit! So wait it out see what my friend gets me. So I shouldn't vent into atmosphere (vta) correct? Intake will come soon. and then AP |
