Default hpfp internals KMD or Autotech
Just wondering on any opinions on which internals to go with. KMD or Autotech. Any problems with either? One better than the other? Just wondering if anyone would care to to advise. Would like to here any opinions between the two. Thanks

not sure why I bother to get on here. There are always so many assholes with asshole answers when people just ask a question. Thanks for everyone who always are dicks on here when people ask questions. I wont ask again. Thanks for everything. Such great people on these forums.

OP its the internet. stop getting so butt hurt over peoples opinions. Searching is necessary on any site and you will get the same treatment for asking questions like that. The fuel pump internals have been out for atleast a year and have been covered by many people. A short backstory, kmd's first couple of batches last year were good/decent. i have been running kmd's with no issues for about 9 months now at least. Since then many people have been having issues with kmd and now aren't recommended due to more frequent issues. Autotech has been working well for many people with little to no failure rate. Keep in mind that you have to be super sterile and keep any kind of dirt off the new internals while installing. So go autotech

Btw, just had a guy I am tuning give me some WOT logs. He has kmd's.

log 1 - fp dropped to approx 1000 psi at max load ~2.2
log 2 - fp dropped into the 1400's at max load

There is just to many instances of this with kmd's for me to recommend them, even if a couple people have no problems.

I wanted a Speed3 back then...ended up buying a Cobalt SS. I lurk around lots of forums. I like to keep up on the aftermarket world as much as possible.

And don't worry I'll be donating to the forum and removing my brownie status shortly after I get the car
