Default Internals noise

I have searched and ran across people having random luck with noisey internals. There was a video up that sounded really bad.

What is causing that? Still hit or miss as far as some people experience it and some do not?

Can you hear it at warm idle and also while crusing (no exhaust, no stereo, quiet drive)?

Upgraded internals = more clicking.

This can be overcome with copious amounts of turbo noise.
