No he was coming out of Uno's heading in the other direction, car were full in the right lane I was traveling at speed in the left lane when all of a sudden TRUCK! LOL Ya insurance company already said he's at fault.

Who wants to bet that dick-bag was on his phone when he pulled out, too? I see so many near-misses every day on my commute because people are on the phone.

Glad you're okay. You take any injuries from the airbag or belts? Any whiplash or other impact injuries?
And of course he claims he didn't see you. No one pulls out in front of a car they can see.

He makes a good point. If you develop seatbelt marks in the next 24 take pictures. Sometimes it takes a little while for the marks to show. That can determine how hard he or she hit you.

The most annoying part about some clown hitting you in a truck is that his vehicle sustains much less damage. I love driving my ranger around and making the bmw yuppies around here pause for me at intersections. you get so much more respect when you aren't in a small car. ha ha

Just a fairly deep cut on my right hand middle finger knuckle and burns on my left hand from the airbag deployment. I must have grit my teeth too because I literally saw very small chips of my teeth fly across the car when i hit and I can feel the chips in my teeth :( I'ma little sore all over today but no other marks I can see. he had a girl and another guy in the truck with him, he hopped out grabbing his right shoulder. It will be interesting when I get the police report hearing his version.

Damn tough to look at. People are txting all the time, it pisses me off so much. GLad you are OK. And like posted above, at least in PA, you don't HAVE to yield for the courtesy lights, they need to obey the laws as well. People pull over for courtesy.

Man it looks like your neck is sore and you have seriously psychological issues after that crash. Better make sure you get the financial compensation to make it go away.

Get an attorney asap. With a little luck you can buy your ST or a new PU in cash.
