Just bought a 2012 speed3
 

Hey everyone I just sold my 423 whp 06 STi then went straight to the dealership and got a 2012 black mica speed3 with tech package with only 2 miles on it they just got it in. I wore the dealer down and got it for $23,472 after taxes and all that stuff, and paid cash. I love the car so happy with my decision.

Thanks everyone. I got rid of the sti because it was a ton of problems and I'm trying to buy a house. I've already done a ton of research on the car and mods, for right now though I'm going to leave it stock then down the road ill do fuel pump internals, turbo back exhaust, intake, tih, and AP with a custom tune.

I've had mine since November, bone stock and I pound on it everyday. Reliability is a big consideration if you've been burned with your previous ride. I remember hearing the Mazda engineers talking about the strength they put into the drive train of the MazdaSpeed3. I like that. Enjoy yours.

I also just bought my 2012 MS3 in liquid silver. Am in my second week of ownership and am loving my commute now... The clutch is def twitchy especially in rush hr traffic but I usually work off hrs and can really get on her on the on/off ramps! :)

Btw. I have owned subies for my last 4 cars...2011 forester XT, 2011 legacy 3.6R limited, 2008 outback, 2008 forester. No real complaints with the subies cept the 5speed auto really sucked on the legacy, and MPG kinda blew on all the above, the worst was the 08 outback 4 banger! I'm talking 14 mpg mostly suburban driving!!

Congrats on the new ride. It will look good in your new house when you get one. Good luck on not doing any mods to this thing though as they're so many little cheap things you can do, then you look back and add it up and find out your broke ass. lol
