The other day uncle sam decided to stop being an ass whore and give me some of my hard earned money back. so i did what any enthusiast would do and buy some new stuffs. i ordered a set of auotech internals, and that speed daddy catless dp and cbe...i read thru the whole thread on the speed daddy cbe and heard that some people were running the speed daddy dp but i havent seen anything with ppl running both so i decided im gonna experement with the two and see what happens...and if the shit sucks, it didnt really burn a hole in the wallet so im not concerned...shit should be here in "2-6 days" so when that day comes, its time for install and ap log..

Did you order from edge? If so good luck with that, im very disappointed with them. I ordered two things from there two weeks ago, i sent and email asking wth they responded with one of those things was shipping out today...that was last monday. Got another email saying it's shipping last thurs, no tracking and site still says awaiting shipping. Im done with them if they haven't shipped the shit by monday.

I had ordered AP and Internals, now I was told that it would be shipped on a monday and I would receive tracking info ASAP, on the friday still nothing so I sent them an email and they told me it would be shipped monday comming up and it would be 6-10 days. Now everything came in on the tues or wed. So I believe they were shipped when said just tracking info got messed, and very satisfied with there prices and service.

I've PMed and emailed EDGE about buying a turbo kit, EBCS and other stuffs I'll need for BT over a week ago and haven't got a reply back. I'm going to be calling street unit tomorrow.

I ordered a TIP and RMM from suremotorsports.com
and a CAI from corksport.com the guy said it shipped that day, their site says still processing.

Id have been rolling on the rmm for a week already if I ordered it straight from jamie, I know edge is out of the ebcs' but it's talking forever to get them in when no one else is out. I've pmed both jp and eric before I ordered if they had any ebsc in stock and no reply, says nothing on the site that they're out.

They are out of the grimmspeed they just told me friday If I'd like a refund after 2 weeks of "there shipping out tomorrow" everytime I messaged them. I too was disappointed after all the good things I heard.

OP, do you have a genjuan or genpu? If you have a genpu you will need to get a normal length bung welded onto the dp before you install it.

i have a genpu so yea im gonna have to have a regular bung welded in. but when it comes i may be able to trim it down to size using the stock dp as a measurement if i have a big enough tap but i doubt it...and iirc, i though the genpus had the crazy cel problems due to the revised "always bitches about everything" ecu so people were using defoulers and ap to remove the code?

If you have another bung welded and plug the extended one you can just remove the code from the AP. You won't need a defouler. Having another bung welded is probably easier and cheaper than cutting and re-tapping that one. If you do go that route you will need an 18x1.5 tap.

Yeah I give them the benefit of the doubt on the ebsc but nobody else is out and the rmm that's just ridiculous. The thing is i pmed eric to ask if they were out bc it didn't say on their site (which it should).

just out of curiosity, what would happen if you just put the 02 sensor in the extended bung?

It wouldn't pick up the exhaust stream and your AFR's will be all kinds of screwed up. Your car will run like crap and there won't be anything you can do about it.

Ok he said my rmm went out late last week so it should be in today, the ebcs is still on bo. Im a lil less upset now but still wondering why it said in a previous email that my mount was shipping last monday and it didn't...oh well I guess.

at least your getting the motor mount..lol...fwiw i have the cs inserts and while it was worth it when theyre fresh, i feel like after 10k miles, they are going soft on me so im in the market for a new rmm but i dont want to go up to 88d or solid aluminum bc i feel its to much vibe for a dd but maybe like an 80duro would be good

I've been fully bolted on a strong e time for a while and as fun as that is its time for an upgrade. I had the 80 duro and my car decided to eat the bushing, the vibes are not much diff from 88 to 80 trust me.

Gotta say that was a fluke, idk how it happened but jamie took care of me 100% and quickly too. I ask if he could replace it with the 88 which he did and gave me the difference, but I needed quick cash and sold it locally...so which why im getting another. It's your choice, but not much difference between them as far as vibes.
