Looking for general information about the MS3.

Hi, I'm looking into buying a new car and at the top of the list is the Speed3. I just want to get some general info on the car such as; typical issues (mechanical, electrical, etc.), modification limitations (how much can the trans and stock internals hold), and anything else you guys would like to share. Oh and I haven't read anything on what the warranty is. Mileage and time.

Just curious, as I know a good bit about other cars, but not specifically the speed3. I'd be upset if I bought it and found out they had chronic head gasket issues and the trans could only handle 300hp. WRX comes to mind.

I'm planning on buying brand new, non-tech package. Just curious of what people are paying out the door on the non-tech MS3s. I don't want to pay too much, but I also want to know what's going to be practical negotiations. I did read the other post about pricing for the tech package MS3, and there were some helpful posts and links (Edmund's fees guide specifically).
