ok here goes.. i had search for any threads regarding about my question and found none, so i hope what im asking here is not stupid..

if i had install a single exhaust to the ms3 gen2, what would you think of it? good or bad for the car? thanks.

I know a couple that run single..Honestly its not a true duel exhaust so I don't think running single is gonna make a difference

IMO making a single exit give less restriction to the flow thus creates more power.. correct me if im wrong.

Dont worry about what other people think. Everyone has their own opinion.. when it comes down to it its your car so do what YOU want to do to it. And its not good or bad for the car, it depends on what you think looks better.

Honestly, single exit exhaust isn't bad at all, the only thing that would irritate me is the cutout on the bumper being empty.

It wouldn't matter... I think that neither is better than the other just because the genpu's aren't a true dual exhaust...

I too thought once about doing that... But that empty cutout...... Meh.

Empty hole in bumper would be geh and piss me off. If you can stand to have an empty cut out on your bumper go for it. As for me, I like my shit to sound good while still looking nice.

So many threads to shit on, so little time. Quick answer; it wont add or take away power. The cbe is noise only for our cars until you go bt. If you are doing it for looks, it will look stupid imo. An empty bumper hole for the sake of looks just screams ricer to me personally. Do what you will, but keep in mind when you ask questions such as this, people like me may be prone to flame you badly. To make this read like one of my typical flame posts feel free to add the words fuck, fag, ricer, brownie (dunno if op is brown cuz tapasuck), and cock gratuitously. @SWAY said it exactly. It's up to you since our cars are not true dual exhaust. You shouldn't have had to search that hard to find an answer to your question anyway...just look at the aftermarket exhausts and you can see that it's a single that splits at the end.

One header only justifies one exhaust outlet IMO, but dual tips look better since the rear bumper is made for it.
