MS3 Questions.
 

Just recently I picked up my MS3. A 2010 with about 48k miles on it, I've had some hiccups here & there. I picked this up used from a dealer.

Like just today while getting on the freeway I quickly accelerated & saw smoke or what appeared to be smoke. Could have just been dust flying into the air since they've been doing construction on the freeway. This was around 5am & it was pretty cold outside. So maybe condensation? I did have a customer at the starbucks I work at who owns an MS3 tell me about the turbo seals?

Still what would be some things to watch out for or do? Yup I'm a noob, came from owning a Miata lol.

If it smokes white at idle it's probably turbo seals.
If you only get a puff of black smoke when you hit the pedal that's your AFR's going rich which is normal for yar new terboh car.

Start reading and searching. It's really the best thing you can do here.

And pray to god you don't ask something that has already been answered a million times. And get involved with your local NATOR chapter...it's like a frat, but better.

I've been doing that exactly, being mobile on the tapatalk app is a pain.

How in the world do i get involved in a local NATOR CHAPTER?
