Default Modding + warranty

Hey guys, I've done quite a bit of searching, but I haven't come to a clear answer. When I purchased my ms3, I was speaking to the staff and they said modifications were ok with they warranty as long as they were installed by their tech's. I don't plan on going all out, just intake exhaust and internals.

Will their tech's even do internals?

If anyone has any experience it would be greatly appreciated. I could do the wrenching myself, but for the sake of maintaining the warranty and not dealing with the headache I'll shell out the cash.

Thanks

Any modifications done to your car could void the warrenty regardless if their techs do it or not. Don't be stupid and do it yourself and if something happens put it back to stock before you take it in for warrenty work.

If you care about the warranty, then do intake and internals yourself(save money) and have them do the exhaust only. Then just stock out and remove the intake when you have to go to the dealer.

You are going to break your warranty anyways, it's just a matter of time. So why not have fun with YOUR car and do what you want to it. And as these other guys said, just stock out before you have to take it in for warranty.
