To much KR?

so i ran a quick log with the new fuel pump stage1+cpCAI91+cdfp tune and as i was looking over the fuel pressure with the new pump i noticed KR that i hadnt seen in other logs should i be worried or is it common?

bewsted 05-04-2011 04:04 PM

That isn't really much KR.....

PheOniX 05-04-2011 04:10 PM

Was this a log of your first pull? Sometimes my first pull has some kr and the following don't. Boost looks too high, wgd looks too high, ltft's look weird. Just my interpretation. Someone more knowledgeable help op out.

How long did you drive around before the log?

manelscout4life 05-04-2011 04:22 PM

from looking at the log I bet the car hauls ass. I would leave everything alone unless you want to indulge your self with ATR and lower boost a tad bit

Correction: How long did you sit in traffic before this pull?

How long you drive around won't make any difference as you should be in open loop for WOT, so your car can't correct for fueling errors. That only makes a difference when you're doing a MAF batch datalog to calibrate your MAF.

If your BATs were high that probably caused it. Then again it isn't bad so idk. If you keep seeing it in that same area, remove 1-2* of timing (spark advance) and call it a day.

Lowering your WGDC a bit would be something you might want to look into....

damn your car must be pulling pretty hard! hope i get the similar results once i get my autotech upgrade done in two weeks..

bewsted 05-04-2011 04:36 PM

Still a lil rich IMO!

But im assuming this is an OTS so it will be that way.

turbo test 05-04-2011 05:01 PM

alright cool yeah i had driven the car for like 15miles it was like 95 degrees outside ran a few errands than decided i needed to do a log before i went home so idk if heat soak was an issue still learning about it all. the car felt "slow" my brother in the passanger seat felt that it wasnt pulling as hard as usual, so i guess i should download ATR and play around with the OTS map a lil.

bewsted 05-04-2011 05:04 PM

Only advice I can offer is read your balls off before you start fucking with Boost and WGDC.

And i think its safe to say you were definately heat soaked

turbo test 05-04-2011 05:08 PM

hahah yeah i'll have to read more about all that crap, thanks for checking the log out for me though.
