need insight on some purchases
 

There is this guy that sold his gen1 a while back, and he has a bunch of parts to get rid of.

he wants 300 cash for the lot to get them out of his garage. He is going to pressure test the piping for me while I am there. It is a really good price, and I am a little iffy, so what else should I look out for on all of the items when I am there. If he pressure tests the piping/core, what should it be holding appropriately?

Input is appreciated. The last thing I feel like doing is having money wasted on bad parts.
