genwon has better looks, different piston design which makes it more prone to zzbing. genpu, pu looks, better pistons.

The gen2 has electronic power steering. Has less parasitic loss. But it makes the difference in how much of a pain in the taint it is to remove the intake manifold on the gen1. Combine that with a fmic and a vtcs delete and you can cut the IM removal time down to like 10 minutes at a relaxed work pace. Sometimes its the little things that make a big difference. And then there's the faggot ass shit eating grin. Pick your poison.
