New Member Intro..
 

Hey

Just wanted to check in as a new member. I've been on this page for a couple months now just lurking and doing my research. I was looking for another fun vehicle to commute to work in and I've always like the Mazdaspeed3 hatchback. I owned a Mazda Protege5 hatchback years ago when gas prices were really crazy. I used it to commute in and it was saved a lot $$$$. However, it was anything but "fun". So recently I purchased a 2010 Mazdaspeed3 and have enjoyed every minute of it. First, let me say that this forum has one of the best layouts I've seen. I'm on a rack of different car forums but this one is extremely user friendly. Everything you need is in perfect categories. You should be able to find any answer to your questions with minimal navigation. Love it. I was able to find just about everything I needed in order to get my car the way I wanted cosmetically. I have 5 cars and a motorcycle and all are modded. Mainly exterior mods so this one was going to get a makeover soon after the purchase and a clean bill of health. Wheels were crap and the exhaust was a single side custom which I hated due to the dual bumper. The sound was decent but esthetically, it was an issue for me. Unfortunately, I may not be able to justify keeping it for long. My job just allowed us to telecommute 2 - 3 days a week so I may not be able to justify keeping it.
