Had I said world rally trendy blue, that would be more than 50% of the cars out there. Part of the reasons I got rid of mine is everyone and their dad has one and the hipsters flock to Subaru like women flock to Oprah. It's become popular not because they make great power, they really don't compared to say, the evo, but because its a trend. Lucky for me I was ahead of the trend several years ago and wanted something more unique, and, all be it, cheaper, so I arrived at the speed 3. To each their own but really, any Subaru sans a forester gets lost in the crowd.If you are up there and want a ride in my old Wagon let me know. I'm friends with the new owner. So far he is on the second trans and third motor.

| Not Ranked : 0 score I had a 2010 WRX, bought brand new, got rid of it after 6 months- did not like it- dismal fuel MPG- not too good handling, wandered on the highway. With the 5 speed high RPM's on the highway and got only 18 MPG at 80 MPH. I now have a brand new 11 MS3 and I love it so much more. It is better in every category than my WRX except 0-60. The best thing is that my MS3 gets 10 more MPG than the WRX. |

Everytime i've talked about a different car, everyone floods the responses with problems. VW, Subaru, everyone is like "Oh god, the reliability and maintenance is terrible on those". I guess I have good taste for low reliability cars lol. I wonder if you'll miss your AWD when winter hits again?

| Not Ranked : 0 score I'm in Canada. I have Hankook w409 iPikes on 205/60/16 steelies. I have never had any problems getting around no matter the conditions. Its more to do with the driving style and quality of snow tires used. For performance driving, I have no clue in the snow, but that's mostly because I'm trying not to get into an accident with the other all season fools on the road with me.

| Not Ranked : 0 score I have to say I was looking at a gt500 before I bought this car and I will not look back. My family added up all the cars I have owned and it totals 25 or 26 i forget. The point is that this little car is fun and cheap!!! I drove both kinds of WRX both STI and regular. For the money the MS3 is more fun and it is easy to mod if you look around. I know alot of guys on their 3rd rebuild of a 2006 subaru. not saying they arent reliable just that when boost hits 20 plus all these cars will blow eventually. Or like alot of STI's the tranny goes or that complex as all fuck diff goes bad. You have to go with your heart but I say keep the car pay it off then mod the fuck out of it.

| Not Ranked : 0 score OP did you ever drive the new WRX? It fucking blows and this is coming from a former 02 WRX owner/fanboy. The engine is the sole redeeming feature of that car. When I was shopping for a new car I was dead set on a new WRX. Took it for a test drive and was frankly shocked. It handled worse than my wife's RAV 4, shifted like garbage, and looked like someone melted down a bunch of Chinese toys to make the interior. God knows I wanted to love but it was really really bad.

The point is everything has problems when u mod it. I don't know why u would want a we'd unless it's for winter driving then by all mean get one. Just don't bitch about this car like it's a pos when it's not. I have a bone stock 11 ms3 and I thump the ass of 2x 10 hatch wagon things. Plus they are averaging something like 17 mpg mixed driving. I will admit that both cars are owned by puerto ricans but shit u would think they could stomp my ass with awd, vw bug motor, cheap crappy interior, 5 speed tranny, viscosus coupler differentials, no head room, blah blah blah.
