Philly/NJ/Delaware dealers recommandation
 

Hey guys, I went to two Mazda dealers today to test drive the ms3 today. One actually lied to me as they didn't have the speed there, I was pissed off because the internet sale lady told me they have it. So I went to Piazza Mazda, I was able to test drive it, it was amazing! Power and responsiveness is much much better than GTI, and I also test drove the 2012 GLI as well, is a nice car but that would be my 3rd choice. I actually like the interior of the MS3. The sale man was actually kinda of a jerk. The MS3 was listed as $24,700 base model and he said he probably won't go down much probably couple of hundreds, and tell me to come back when I'm ready. So I priced a 2012 base model ms3 from truecar.com and they give me $22,900.

Any of you guys from the TriState area have any recommendation as which dealers I should look into?

I got mine at hamilton mazda and the guy i dealt with was a strait shooter. i emailed him to set up a time to test drive etc and he gave me a good price right outta the gate i think sticker on my car was the 24,XXX and he emailed me 21,8XX the guy is Brian at Hamilton Mazda, NJ

Go to Hamilton. Good sales guys and great service. They are very MSF friendly.

I went to Piazza down in Philly at the auto mall. Sticker on my car was like 25K+ (something around there). The guy was pretty cool, think his name was Rob. Went out for a test drive in it and he took me to the street behind the auto mall and told me to floor haha. Pretty cool guy. Actually managed to get them down to the 18K range with some negotiating and trading in an 04 Tiburon (that was modded and some scratches, scuffs, etc.). I havent had a problem with them at all.

I'm emailing back and forth with this guy from Wayne NJ, he said he might be able to do $22,080. I guess I might have to stop by Hamilton, NJ!!!

Hamilton mazda is currently under construction but im pretty sure their temp office is across the street at the vdub dealer as the same guy owns both.

wayne mazda should be a pretty good place to get a good price on the car. they move a shitload of cars, so they should be more willing to just give it to you for a lower price in exchange for cycling out a car quickly.

Ok, this guy from Wayne probably can do $21,700 BUT, he said the rate is 4.99% what??? I have pretty good credit, I can just get finance myself. I asked to see if I can finance outside. I think he's trying to charge me hi on the rate to make up the difference?

tell him you'll take care of the financing yourself, and get an OTD price from him and negotiate on that! don't let them bullshit you out of hundreds of dollars on "fees" and crap...

I bought the car brand new with 19 miles on it. Last one they had on the lot too.

i think they can beat any other price because they're the largest mazda dealership in terms of volume sales but they'll make you work for it.

they gave me the best interest rate out of 3 dealerships and matched their lowest price on top of giving me more money for my trade in.

i paid 24900 w/tech out the door, they gave me 2.84% interest and gave me 6500 for my beaten down, battered, and anally raped xb with a 3 foot crack on the windshield and nasty dent in the hatch gaping alot of bare metal.

but damn i had to work hard for it. made like 5-6 trips there and the latino version of christopher walken salesman was hard to haggle with, was real cool though.

you can probably negotiate the interest rate. make sure you ask for the out the door price cuz wayne charges a much higher dealer fee and other bullshit fees than other places. 21700 is probably not the out the door price. also if you can try not to mention you have a trade in until they give you a price on the car first.

i got mine from Maxon...guy name Mark Sulivan...great guy....sticket price was 24,695....he gave it to me for 20,400...

the sales manager / finance manager is a douche.

the sticker was $27k with tech and he wouldnt budge off the price, said they were flying off the lot.
