I would take it to a different dealer.

I tried reading through whole thread but my brain started misfiring at the conflicting information.

Do you or do you not have an Cobb Access Port?

You did unmarry the AP from the car before you took the AP out, didn't you? Just checking because your MAF curve could still be for a different size MAF housing if you just had the stock airbox and whatnot thrown back on without basically flashing the car back to stock map.

Also your plugs could be improperly gapped. Have you tried pulling them just to check?

The intake you had on hasn't damaged the ECU harness has it? There's another thread in here recently that had similar symptons and had a damaged harness from a corksport intake.

The ECU wiring harness can be damaged by hose clamps for intakes if the connector is clocked over to the battery side. The wires for the ECU hang down in exactly that spot and if they see a lot of rubbing and vibration from the clamp, it can chew away at the wires and cause very unusual and intermittent issues. Most of which almost unexplainable.

remember i told you this happened to me. i think i was the first one to bring it up/make a thread about it and then everyone followed behind me with their car doing the same thing.

it ended up being that the hose clamp that connects the elbow silicone part of the intake to the turbo inlet pipe rubbed up against a couple ecu wires, blowing fuses and shit.

call me if you need me to explain that again and where to check.

I_Heart_Haters
it's funny this happened. even as a total newb i saw the potential for damage when i was installing my SRI. i ended up bending the tail of the hose clamp to keep it well away from the wire harness..

ah well, i've done other stupid shit that other people thought was blatantly obvious not to do. good luck, OP. hope this is your problem.
