Question for you Canadian MS3 owners So I hear you canucks get special treatment with power seats up there. Out of curiosity, are you able to tilt the seat portion back to allow your hamstrings to touch the seat? This would be geared more towards taller folk, like say 6'+ The way I have my seat set, my leg doesn't touch the seat at all and it becomes excruciatingly uncomfortable/ painful once I've been driving 4+ hours straight. If the canadian speeds do have power seats and they can tilt back enough...I may consider cannibalizing a wrecked speed for them. |
My 2010 with tech can, not sure about the non-tech models however, and I can attest that it does make things more comfortable for taller folk, 6'4" here. |
My 2010 speed has power seats and can tilt, raise/lower and move back and forth. Being 6'2" I love that I have full control of the seat position. Most comfortable car I've had so far for long drives and DD |
My stock power seat is sitting in my room if you want to try it out. I know the wiring harness are different but it should be anything too bad to figure it. |

Definitely good to know that it does have that kind of control. Would make long distance drives fun again. |
