Ft. Huachuca (noticed your tags)? My family lives in S.V... Father, Mother and my son; was just there visiting for the holidays.

Anyhow, glad you are OK - and no, the worst drivers happen to be down here in the Bay Area in NorCal.. lol

Having lived in both SoCal and NorCal, I'd say SoCal drivers are a bit worse. It seems that many people genuinely don't give a shit about their cars, or anyone's well-being, and will merge at all cost to take that little bit of space.

Yup that's a Ft Huachuca tag. I live in Tucson, but work on Ft. H. We moved here from SV back in 2008. Small world. Thanks for the well wishes.

Well guys, I finally got a new car. First off, the MS3 could never be replaced. I love that car and that would never change. With that being said I did not want to buy another one. I needed a new challenge, so I got this........



2013 EVO X GSR! This thing is great. Thanks all your MSF'ers for the support and advice! I couldn't be happier. Like I stated in the first post, I'm not going anywhere. I plan on sticking around and staying in contact with all the friends I made on MSF.

Was your MS3 paid off? I can't imagine buying a brand new Evo, I was looking at a used 08 a couple years ago and the payments were gonna be $450 a month + $115 a month on insurance (insane for a 22 year old, plus the interior on an 08 evo X and for a car that expensive is just horse shit - not sure of the changes in the brand new ones...)

THe MS3 was not paid off but was close. My insurance took good care of me and gave me 22k in the settlement, so getting into the evo with a great rate and low payment was easy. I haven't even added the car to my insurance yet, but I'm 37 with a good driving record, so it shouldn't be an issue. The interior of the evo still sucks, but you forget when you drive the eve. Evo + MS3 interior = a perfect car.

Still no police report! I enlisted the services of a lawyer and they are handling it now. My lawyer seems to believe that the first responder has some sort of relationship with the person that hit me, and they are trying to cover/slow roll or something.
