Rims have manufacture date?
 

Long story short, my rim was replaces under insurance but not the tire after a car backed into it. 2 weeks later, the tire blows on me while driving.

Does our rims have a manufacturing date on the inside? I saw a 09/12 so I'm assuming it means 9th week of the year 2012. I just want to make sure this is the new rim to go to insurance with for possibly a new rim and tire... aghhh

do the other ones have the same marking on them? Ive never actually checked mine, so just an idea.
