Sister interested in a new to her MS3

I know there was a VIN lookup thread I searched but could not find it. My sister was recently in an accident with a a mazda 3 it wasnt totaled. she plans on giving the car to my niece whom just recently totaled her car (I told them both all women in my family should not drive) My sister as driven my car before a lil scared but still like it. So she is looking at a white 2013 speed, I already told her the asking price of 23k needs to come down. I want to make sure the VIN is clean here. The VIN is JM1BL1L49D1832408. Please let me know if any derog or anally rape me any way will get me happy and excited.
