Very true. But, then I get really, really quiet and stare at you...and it unzones you. I guess I could just go start the car to get your attention.

BG makes a Product called "Frigifresh" we spray that in used cars that stink. (And some pieces come in STINKYYY!!!) Turn the Blower on High, make sure that the A/C compressor is on and all the windows are down.. stand outside the vehicle and spray about 1/2 the can in the cowl in one steady stream. The smell is probably coming from Mold/Mildew that's hanging out in your A/C lines & evap core off the condensation. Frigifresh kills it. Shit works like a charm. Can also use Lysol antibacterial spray if you can't get your hands on the frigifreshness.

Agreed Frigifresh works great. Also look into a foaming cleaner for your evaporator.

hopefully you all find the root cause of the stink. just a reminder/piece of advice. if you are constantly using your a/c, ensure that you turn it off and let the fan run fresh air through the vents for just a minute or so before you're going to turn the car off. the car won't get 100 degrees in that amount of time, but what it will do is dry out any (or at least most) of the condensation in your vent tubing. that may not solve your current issue, but it will at least stop another one from occurring.

i'd suggest doing this no matter if you have your a/c set on outside air or recirculating. turn it to outside and let it run. it's worth it.
