Groaned cuz member for 5 years and previously owned a speed... Come on +1 on DUH get internals before exhaust work on pu Edit... +1 on drunken nude wife pics... That should make up for the waste of space you just created |
ya i did and i also deployed to this placed called afghanistan, and yes im infantry and actually got shit done out there. sold my '08 speed prior to deploying. i come back get a gen 2 and see how everyone need upgraded fp internals for simple boltons. in my '08 had every bolt on and had no issues with fuel. forgive me if i havent been around recently but my prior engagements have held precedence. anywho im back and trying to find some knowledge on the genpu ps WHAT THE HELL HAVE YOU DONE FOR YOUR COUNTRY?!?! lol jk but i had to say it |
Thank you for your service... However I'm not sure what the fuck that has to do with anything...? So you're saying that you have researched, and already had the answer to your question... But you start a dumbass thread anyways? Nudes or GTFO! |

bottom line im just asking if the genpu is really that sensitive. so no i didnt have the answer to my own question or i wouldnt of asked it. but thank you for ur concern ps internals weren't a huge deal/ werent really around with my old speed. other than ptp's bullshit |

It all depends what you are comfortable with. You could not get internals and run an intake, but to me spending $350 was worth not venting a block that would cost a $few k to replace. I'd rather spend the extra money and save up a bit more to be able to do things the right way the first time instead of regretting saving a few hundred bucks down the road. If you do opt to go with mods without internals, I would at least get an AP so that you can monitor your FP. (Actually, I would probably get an AP first before any mods so that you can stay on top of logging, but that's just me). |

save the 200 and collect another 150 if you are looking for a noise gain from either of those parts, it will be minimal from what you already have after putting the SRI on you wont notice a performance gain until you can provide proper fueling and have a supporting tune |
I think we are missing the most important part here. Where are the nudes? |
Testpipe unless the TIP is part of a 3" full intake. |
Internals or hpfp, Cobb ap, then all else. thanks to my ap my first runs after the intake immediately told me i needed a fuel solution. So until my Cp-e pumps arrives I get to cruise in safe mode and have senior citizens flick me off cause I'm going slow, lol. Payback, lol. Thanks for your service. |
If you can really only spend $200, get the Ebay test pipe for $90, stuff it in the closet, and go put the other $110 into a slot machine. If you get lucky, you can get another AP and internals and *then* install your test pipe. I'm pending the sale of my old DD so I can buy the AP/internals/tune package from @Lex |
Trying to convince the wifey to let me buy an AP so we'll see |
