Trip to the dealer for oil change

Hello all!!!!
On monday i went to the napoleon Mazda dealer in Schaumburg. I was getting my oil changed before this weekend trip to Wisconsin While i was waiting there there was black 2010 Mazdaspeed3 being sold at the exact moment i was there i saw a customer negotiating the price.... I looked at the car and it had CorkSport exhaust, CS Intake and mud flaps, car has 22K miles. they were asking 20K for it. and looks like guy that was negotiating pulled the trigger and got the car.... I congratulated him on the new toy
While i was waiting there was 2007 MS6 pulled in to the service, young guy behind the wheel.
He started complaining to the service guy about loss of power and engine rattle. They started the car and the engine sounded like it has marbles inside!!!!!!! if revved up noise was getting louder.
I talked to the driver and asked what had happened. He said he was driving went into the boost and lost power all of a sudden.... (car is completely stock). I asked if he feels pulsating clutch and he said yes (that is bad bad.....) I asked him what gear and what RPM he was getting into the boost and he said 3rd gear 2K........ I told him that this does not sound good.....
Anyway i pointed him to this forum and told him that knowledge about the platform is very valuable.... I gave him few pointers and at this point my car was ready so i went home.
Man im so happy that this forum exists this is extremely knowledgeable community, that thought me already few valuable things about our cars.
